Mark Kindrachuk
President and founder of the Intermarket Group and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Intermarket; and focuses on the acquisition, development and consulting activities of the firm. Mr. Kindrachuk has 26 years of real estate experience and prior to founding Intermarket, was the Senior Vice President for First Gulf Development Corporation. Mr. Kindrachuk was previously responsible for Asset and Development Management at CN Real Estate and developed a number of large-scale projects across Canada. While at CN Real Estate, Mr. Kindrachuk also managed a high profile UN Development Program project in Buenos Aires, Argentina that was financed by the World Bank. Mr. Kindrachuk has extensive experience in land use approvals, servicing and construction; and is on the Executive Board of the Toronto Chapter of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Mr. Kindrachuk has a Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of Houston and an undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University.
Sandy Acchione
Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Intermarket Developments. Responsible for accounting and reporting functions; as well as acquisition and development activities. Mr. Acchione has 25 years of real estate experience and prior to joining Intermarket, Mr. Acchione worked as an accountant at Price Waterhouse Coopers; and previously held senior management positions at Marathon Realty, CN Real Estate and Canada Lands Company. Mr. Acchione has a strong financial background combined with extensive experience in servicing, construction; as well as real estate management and operations. Mr. Acchione has a BA (Honours) from York University; and a MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
Peter Markine
Project Manager at Intermarket Developments and responsible for coordinating consultants, municipal approvals, construction and tenant fit-ups. Mr. Markine draws on 7 years of urban development experience in architectural, planning and urban design fields. Prior to joining Intermarket, Mr. Markine worked on the Region of Waterloo Central Transit Corridor Development Strategy as part of the Urban Strategies Inc. consulting team. Mr. Markine holds a BA (Honours) of Architecture from the University of Waterloo.
Xavier Kindrachuk
Financial Analyst at Intermarket Properties, Xavier is responsible for the overall corporate financial and accounting operation of the firm, as well as assisting with the management of the office. Mr. Kindrachuk has a finance and analytical background and worked previously at the Royal Bank of Canada. Mr. Kindrachuk has over 3 years of experience within a variety of industries including wealth management, sales, and insurance. He also has a background in managing new business processes and is a graduate of Queens University.
