Intermarket identified the opportunity to create significant value by re-developing a vacant flooring store to a more profitable use.
The structure was in good shape and well located in a transitional area. The concept was to take advantage of the building’s high profile location on a major arterial road and the adjacency to the Sportsworld project that was in the process of being developed.
The property was put under contract and a renovation was proposed that only involved required cosmetic changes.
The retail concepts were modeled and then rendered in CADD, allowing potential retail tenants to visualize how the renovated building would look.
The concept and CADD images were presented to a number of retailers and was leased by Nike. Nike continues to operate a very successful store in this location.
